Mt. Borah Custom Introduces Custom Alpine Suits 07/08!
Customsublimation.com (a division of Mt. Borah) has officially rolled out its new Alpine Race Suit Program. The company will be offering full custom race suits in which the customer can create their own exclusive design, along with specifying team names and logo placements. Mt. Borah has been producing cycling apparel for over 10 years and custom team apparel for over 5 years. “Introducing this product made perfect sense to us, not only is this a market which I am passionate about, it is also a market which we can utilize our cutting edge sublimation and production technology, offering super low minimums and fast turnaround times, along with stunning full color graphics” said Chris Jackson, company owner. “After researching the custom alpine suit market, I believe our USP’s or unique selling propositions will be well received and will allow for new market segments to develop, such as smaller teams and clubs. Plus, we have total control over our production process, unlike the majority of our competitors, this control will allow us to quickly react to market changes and stay on the leading edge of product development”.
The suits will be manufactured in Mt. Borah’s Wisconsin, USA facility and will utilize Eschler® fabric, a Swiss company which specializes in high-end performance fabrics. Race suits will be available in both Junior and Adult sizes, padded and unpadded. The company will be offering a minimum order quantity of only 6- race suits, turnaround time will take approximately 7-weeks from the time artwork is submitted and a 50% deposit is paid. In addition, re-orders will be available for one year with no minimum quantity and the cost will be the same as the initial order (additional charge for new sizes). Finally, pricing is tentatively set at $225.00 for padded junior suits, $275.00 for padded adult suits and $375.00 for padded F.I.S approved suits.
